Shipping & Return Policy

Please read the following Shipping & Return Policy. By completing an order on Allure Mart site,
you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may not access Allure Mart site.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

We ask our customers to please allow 1-2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority and are shipped same day if it is submitted before 1 pm PST. 

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please contact us referencing your order number.

2. ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day.
Additionally you can track your order on our Order Tracking Page.

3. FAST USA SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER BILLING

All orders shipped within the US continental states within 1 to 2 business days. To ensure your privacy, all of Allure Mart products are delivered in plain boxes with the return address (and not Allure Mart). Moreover, on your credit card balance statements, all charges to your account by Allure Mart are also listed as GM.

4. SHIP METHODS TO CANADA

USPS

  • USPS shipments to Canada are approximately 7-9 business days in transit.
  • This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within Canada.
  • Tracking information is not provided with USPS shipments to Canada.
  • This method may not always be available due to weight and value restrictions.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • Allure Mart is not responsible for these charges.

UPS Standard

  • Standard UPS shipments to Canada are approximately 6-8 business days in transit.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • Allure Mart is not responsible for these charges.

UPS Worldwide Expedited

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments to Canada are approximately 3-5 business days in transit.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • Allure Mart is not responsible for these charges.
5. FAST INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO LOCATIONS (OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND CANADA)

Customs departments of destination countries may charge extra fees or tariffs for international shipments. Such fees are variable and you should contact your country’s customs department to see if you will need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. The receiver will be responsible for all applicable extra fees of these types.

UPS Worldwide Expedited
  • UPS Worldwide shipments to international locations are approximately 3-5 business days in transit.
  • Does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into international locations. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by International Customs/ Border Inspections.
  • Allure Mart is not responsible for these charges.
UPS Worldwide Express
  • UPS Worldwide shipments to international locations are approximately 2-3 business days in transit.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.

6. INVENTORY INFORMATION

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as “In Stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. We sell on multiple platforms and inventory sync may not happen in real time as such there are rare cases, a product may be out of stock when you place your order or sold out by the time your order is processed. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.

7. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Allure Mart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.
